Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Brochner, I found the location to be superb, making it easy to explore the city with just a little legwork. The staff was consistently polite and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The complimentary wine hour at 5:00 and nightcap hour were delightful touches that enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast spread was excellent, catering to the planet-saving brigade with its sustainable options. However, I did find the additional cost for cooked breakfast a bit steep. The cozy breakfast room in the old basement was a unique feature, and the abundance of real green plants added to the ambiance. The exceptional service stood out during my stay, especially when we had to change rooms late at night due to a bathroom issue. The staff promptly moved us to a better room and even went above and beyond by mailing me medication I had left behind.Brochner offers a great value proposition with its convenient location, standout service, and unique amenities like the nightly social hours. While some aspects may come at an added cost, the overall experience is well worth it for those looking for a comfortable stay in Copenhagen.
